Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes and productivity.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to achieve performance goals.
• Manage inventory control, including tracking, receiving, and distribution of products.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, working with logistics partners as needed.
• Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Uphold Barton Supply’s commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
