Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and keep detailed records of all activities.
- Assist with installing and testing new machinery.
- Work safely and comply with company safety policies.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in equipment maintenance or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; ability to use hand and power tools.
- Mindset: Safety-focused, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
