What You'll Do: As a Rebar Machine Operator at Barton Supply, you will:

  • Operate specialized rebar processing machinery, including The Barwiser, MEP, Shear, Bender, Double Bender, Crane, Forklift, Coil 20, and more.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work with blueprints and work orders to produce rebar that meets our exacting standards.
  • Monitor and adjust machine operations to maintain high-quality production.
  • Use cranes and forklifts to load and unload materials safely.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience operating rebar machinery or similar industrial equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Forklift and crane certification preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to work on the PM shift and commit to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
