Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

• Source and evaluate vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with various departments to forecast needs.

• Maintain accurate purchase records and process purchase orders in alignment with company policies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in a procurement or buying role.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).

• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work efficiently under deadlines.
