SUMMARY:

The Rebar Project Engineer supports the Project Management and Production teams by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of construction projects. This position requires a detail-oriented, deadline-driven individual with a strong understanding of construction operations. The role serves as a critical bridge between planning and execution, maintaining comprehensive project documentation and ensuring all stakeholders have access to the most current information.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: This is an in office position with limited opportunity to work from home. 

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
•  Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a construction or engineering environment is a plus

Language Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
• Capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Other Skills/Abilities/Specifications:

• Must be located in the Denver Metropolitan area. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness and ability to learn new software programs
• Strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated interest in progressing to a Project Manager role
