Are you mechanically inclined and ready to learn? Barton Supply is seeking a motivated Rebar Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain a wide variety of rebar processing machines critical to our fabrication operations.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to operate and maintain all rebar processing equipment, including The Barwiser, MEP, Shear, Bender, Double Bender, Coil 20, Crane, and Forklift.

• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.

• Measure, cut, bend, and shape rebar to precise specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance, monitor machine performance, and make adjustments as needed.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure materials meet company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Uphold safety protocols and use required PPE at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to learn and master multiple machines—cross-training is expected and supported.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a loud, fast-paced industrial setting.

• Forklift and crane certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
